If you’re planning to jump together for your skydiving proposal, there are a few things you should know to help you better plan for your big day! For our tandem students, you will both be in the airplane together, but each skydiver will jump out one at a time with a certified instructor. You may be able to spot your significant other below you while under canopy, but someone will have to go first. 

With our 50 years of experience, we have quite a few ways to pull off your skydiving marriage proposal. Let’s put our heads together to come up with your perfect proposal plan! Here are a couple of ways to pop the big question:

• Proposing in the Airplane BEFORE the Jump
  Some people opt to pop the question while in the airplane on the ride to altitude and celebrate with a big jump into the sky!
• Proposing on the Ground AFTER the Jump
  Most people go for the popular option to propose as soon as they land from the jump. In this scenario, the person asking the question would be the one to jump first so they could get down to the ground before their partner. After they land, they could hold up a big sign, have rose petals – or whatever creative ideas they can think of (within reason) – waiting for their partner in our larger than large landing area. Imagine the look on their face as they approach the landing area and see you down on one knee!
